Our locally inspired menu guarantees you the freshest and often the most innovative ingredients available, that are used to prepare your meal. We pledge to serve the best of Salt Spring & Vancouver Island, including local, sustainable harvest from land, sea, breweries and vineyards. What we don’t grow and ethically raise on our own farm & farms on Salt Spring, we proudly source from other, like minded farmers & food purveyors. We compost everything we can from the restaurant to enrich our soil + use spent vegetable oil to fuel our farmers cars.
